Pricing & Freight
Prices displayed on this website are retail prices, freight is added during the check-out process.
Commissions are by negotiation in regard to payment and time frames. A fraction of the price is required as a deposit. A sign off on pieces will be needed.
Freight and insurance costs are determined by area. GST is included in prices for orders within New Zealand. International prices are subject to exchange rate movements.
Paying For Your Order
We use Stripe as our payment system.
Note that the page will show New Zealand Dollar ($NZ) amounts. For customers outside New Zealand, these amounts will be the equivalent of relevant currency values.
Refunds Policy
At Ora Jade, every taonga is handcrafted with care from natural New Zealand pounamu. As each piece is unique, no two are ever the same.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If your taonga arrives damaged or if we have made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item where appropriate.
If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. The taonga must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping costs.
Custom commissions, engraved pieces, and personalised taonga are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
As pounamu is a natural stone, variations in colour, translucency, inclusions, and markings are part of its beauty and are not considered faults.
